We developed a direct drive for our crown turret of the CTH15 series with 6 or 8 tool positions, and thus significantly shortened the length of the unit and simplified its integration in machines.

With a drive power of 15 kW, the tool turret offers chip-to-chip times of <1.45 seconds and spindle speeds of up to 20,000 rpm.
